Sotefin Bharat designed and built a pit puzzle parking system for Shantivan Cooperative, a high-end residential complex built by Aurum Real Estate in Navi Mumbai.

With one pit level below grade and four mechanically operated levels above, the puzzle system offers parking for 46 cars.

Due to the puzzle mechanism’s ability to move cars both vertically and horizontally, wide driveways are not necessary.
