Chandan Society

Sotefin Bharat installed India’s first and only Travelling Tower system in Mumbai’s Chandan Society. This fully automated solution provides 105 parking spaces across 3 basement levels. We have installed a travelling tower that moves vertically and horizontally to access 19 rows per level. The system can handle cars up to 5100 mm long, 2200 mm wide, and 2400 mm high.

With a high-speed lift, the system ensures rapid car retrieval, optimal space utilisation, and a smooth user experience. This project demonstrates our proficiency in smart and compact parking options for smart cities.
