Sotefin Bharat transformed parking at Mesacon Triumph, a 16-storey luxury project in Mumbai’s South Bay. Redeveloped by the Mesacon Group, this decades-old building houses premium residences. We installed a fully automated robotic parking system using our Shuttle and Dolly technology to support its modern infrastructure.

This smart system includes 38 car spaces. We helped the project maximise space, improve traffic flow, and deliver an impressive user experience.
